Court-Ordered & Legal Drug Testing
What makes it defensible
A court, lawyer, or probation officer has asked for documentation. ScreenClear gives you a certified, verifiable result. Book online, test at a certified location, and walk away with proof.
- Tests are administered by pharmacists, nurses, or doctors. Credentials are verified before they can ever record a result.
- Every test follows chain-of-custody protocol.
- Presumptive positives are escalated to a laboratory for confirmation. No certificate is issued for a positive result.
- Each certificate carries a unique number, a QR code, and a public verification URL. No login required to verify.
- Verification is permanent. Courts, lawyers, and regulators can confirm the certificate is genuine the day it's issued or years later.
When you need a defensible record
ScreenClear certificates are designed to stand up in legal and regulatory settings across Canada. Every test is administered by a licensed medical professional, under chain-of-custody protocol, and the resulting certificate can be verified by anyone with the QR code.
Common legal situations:
- Probation and conditional release.
- Family court and custody matters.
- Civil litigation where impairment is in dispute.
- Restoration of professional licensing.
- Workplace tribunal or labour arbitration.
- Voluntary documentation for legal counsel.
Secure Data Handling & Legal Support

How to book
- Find a location. Enter your postal code or use your current location.
- Book and pay online. Pick a date and time. Your slot is held instantly.
- Test, cleared. Arrive with valid photo ID. The practitioner administers the test and records the result. A PDF certificate is emailed within minutes for a negative result.
What to bring
- Valid government-issued photo ID: driver’s licence, passport, or provincial photo health card.
- Any reference number your lawyer, probation officer, or court has provided (optional, helpful for record-keeping).
You don’t need to bring the court order itself. The test is the test.
How to share the result
- Email the certificate PDF to your lawyer, probation officer, or court contact.
- Print it and submit it in person.
- Provide the verification URL and let them confirm authenticity online.
You can also add a contact at checkout. The certificate is automatically emailed to them when a negative result is issued.
