Direct them to ScreenClear. At checkout, they add your name and email as the share contact. When their negative certificate is issued, a copy is automatically emailed to you.
Receiving and Verifying results
Negative results generate a PDF certificate with a unique number, a QR code, and a public verification URL. Verify any certificate in seconds. Auditors, regulators, and HR systems can confirm authenticity without an account.
Verification is permanent. The QR code on the certificate works the day it’s issued and years later.

No. You can book and pay for a single test at checkout without setting anything up in advance. If your organization tests regularly, you can move to volume pricing and direct invoicing once it makes sense for your program.
Can we book employees in different cities under one company?
Yes. ScreenClear's clinic network spans the country, so you can book a pre-employment screen in Calgary and a random test in another city entirely, all from the same account.
What happens if an employee's result comes back positive?
A presumptive positive isn't treated as final. It's automatically sent to a laboratory for confirmation before a certificate is issued, so you're never making a decision based on an unconfirmed screen.
Is testing available outside regular business hours for post-incident cases?
Some clinics in our network support after-hours booking for post-incident and reasonable suspicion testing. Availability depends on which certified location is closest to your employee at the time.
Who receives the test results once testing is complete?
Whoever is listed as the recipient at checkout. If you book on an employee's behalf, the certificate comes to you; if the employee books and adds you as the share contact, you both receive it once a negative result is recorded.
Can an employee choose a different clinic than the one we book them into?
Yes. Employees can pick the certified location that works best for their schedule from ScreenClear's network, rather than being locked into one assigned clinic.
