Negative results are available immediately. A PDF certificate is generated on-site and emailed to you (and optionally your employer) within minutes. Presumptive positive results require laboratory confirmation, which typically takes 2–5 business days.
Your certificate includes: the recipient’s name, date of test, test type, result (Negative), issuing practitioner’s name and signature, the testing location, a unique certificate number, and a QR code linking to online verification.
Each certificate includes a unique QR code and URL (e.g., screenclear.ca/verify/#######). Anyone with the link can verify the certificate’s authenticity, view the test date, result, and issuing details. No account or login is required to verify.

All providers undergo an application review before being approved. Practitioner credentials (professional designations, licences) are verified through our AI-assisted and manual review process before they can conduct tests.
Visit our Become a Provider page and complete the application form. Provide your facility details, operating hours, and business licence information. Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Upload your professional credential or licence that authorizes you to conduct specimen collection and testing (e.g., pharmacy licence, nursing registration, occupational health certification). Documents are reviewed using AI-assisted verification and may be escalated for manual review.
Once approved, you can request testing kits and supplies through your provider dashboard. Requests are reviewed and fulfilled by our team. The system monitors usage to ensure supply levels are proportional to testing volume.
Your provider dashboard includes a weekly schedule editor where you set open/close times for each day. You can also block specific dates (holidays, closures). Customers only see available slots when booking.
